Transparent Pricing. Simple as that.
The most common question we receive from current clients and prospective clients is “How much is this going to cost?”
The answer we usually give is...“It depends.”
A legal engagement is just as unique as you.
There's no "one size fits all" glove for every legal situation. However, we have processes in place to estimate the scope of the project to determine which pricing model makes the most sense for you.
We're looking out for your best interest, so we want to share our types of price arrangements and a little bit about what they are about.
We won't just jump in and start working. That's just like cannonballing into a swimming pool when no one is looking. Not cool. Not squad goals.
Our first step in making the law cool for you is to spend time on the front end of a legal engagement to truly understand your needs. That all happens through our intake process.
Once we've determined the scope of our legal engagement, we'll quote you an estimated price all tailor-made and customized just for you! That simple.
When we throw around this word, it basically means:
Legal work you really want and need and are
Willing to pay for
We help you figure this out based on your desired outcome and goal. It's hard for us to assume to know what that is without getting to know you first!
Scope also addresses your responsibilities as our client, which includes communication with us, collecting papers, and other factors in your control that will help to control costs. When we outline the Scope in our legal engagement agreement, you'll see statements on:
Key Actions and Activities
Budget estimates for activity or phase milestones
Possibility of Scope Creep
You're probably wondering what is Scope Creep. It basically is what happens during a legal engagement when complications arise. Staying within the scope of your project is one of our top priorities, but it's not always possible. However, we take actions to minimize its possibility and impact on you. If that were to happen, we make sure to keep you in the loop.
Hourly Fee + Services
We prefer flat-fee pricing by project and matter, but in some cases hourly rates work best.
Our price is determined via several factors:
Market Value and Competition
Cost of Inflation
Client Types and Relationships
Staff and ContractORS
We may collaborate with other professionals from our network of colleagues and specialists whose rates may vary on expertise depending on what your specific needs are.
Flat fee + Services
For select legal matters, we offer flat fees. Plain. Simple. Predictable.

This fee method we use for some litigation engagements. We're highly selective on how many of these cases we take on so that we can devote as much of our time and talent on helping you on your matter (as humanly possible of course). Of course we can't guarantee a specific outcome or that prior results will be similar, but we can promise you our very best effort and expertise.
